Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the original condition received, and returned in the original packaging.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Personal care items
- Items that are hazardous or flammable
Please Note: Do not send any returns directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Books or media with signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, or other media items.
- Items not in their original condition, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
- Return Review: Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Approval: If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, please:
- Check your bank account and credit card company (refunds can take some time to post).
- Contact your bank to confirm any delays.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For an exchange, email info@ktsaerial.com to begin the process.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift was shipped to the giver, the refund will be sent to them.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address found at KTSAerial’s Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee the return.
